  • 24-HOUR or LESS SCHEDULING (Last Minute Requests): We do our best to accommodate all less than 24-hour last-minute requests. Refer to the above price list to see the 24-hour or less fee charge.
  • 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled service(s), 50% of total services charged.
  • LESS 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of total services charged.
  • HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of total services charged if cancelled within 7 days of scheduled holiday services.
  • DOGGIE DAYCARE PACKAGES: If you are enrolled in one of the doggie daycare member packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze packages), you will be charged to ensure the reduced pricing and benefits each package offers even if your dog does not attend doggie daycare during a given week. If you are enrolled as a standard member, cancellation of doggie daycare services will reflect on the 48-hour or 24-hour cancellation policy.

Common Questions

How does this work?
We make this as easy as possible for you to become a client. Contact us by phone or email and we can discuss your needs and schedule a Meet & Greet. You cannot reserve or schedule pet services if you are not a client.
I work from home. Will I be disturbed?
No. You will not be disturbed if you work from home. We understand how valuable and important your time is when working from home. We have several clients that work from home and have scheduled services.
Will my dog be off-leash?
No. We will never have a dog off a leash during any scheduled walk. It is a company policy that all dogs on scheduled walks will be leashed or harnassed. If you have a fenced in back yard, we will have them off the leash in your back yard.
Do you pick up their poop?
Yes. We do pick up all poop during our sheduled walks or pet home visits. We will clean and dispose all waste during a cat refresh service.
Do you Offer overnight services?
Yes. We offer 2 types of Overnight Services. They are extremely popular services and best to reserve the services early.
What information do I need to supply?
We only service pets after a Meet & Greet is completed and you have become a client. We will need you to supply your name, address, phone, email, service wanted, dogs name, breed, sex, age, vet information in case of emergency
How is payment handled?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are charged when services start/completed.
Do you board dogs?
We have a Doggie Daycare for all of your dog's daytime enjoyment. It is not a boarding facility or kennel. We do offer an Overnight Services with our Pet Services that will allow you to keep your pets in the comfort of your home while you are away.
Are you Licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured pet services company. That is so important when pet services are being provided.
